24-hour / 7 Days Support Service

At Zealive Institute of New Zealand (ZINZ), we provide 24/7 support for every enrolled student, ensuring assistance is available at any time, day or night, to help resolve issues. For emergencies, please contact 09 666 5582.

In addition, we provide all students with a Useful Contacts Guide during orientation. This guide includes information about various community organisations offering free support services, such as:

Student ID Card and AT Tertiary Sticker

Zealive Institute provides students with ID cards, which can be used to access discounts and services, including public transportation concessions.

Students enrolled in a full-time course for 16 weeks or longer may also be eligible for an AT Tertiary ID Sticker, which offers discounts on Auckland buses, trains, and ferries when used with an AT HOP Card. To request a sticker, students should visit the institute’s reception with their student ID card.

Students may need to pay an additional fee to receive their student ID card, depending on the timing of their application. To confirm whether the cost of the card is included, students should check their invoice or email support@zinz.ac.nz for assistance.

To obtain a student ID card, students are required to provide a recent ID photo with a white background. Once the cards are ready, students will be notified for collection.

IT and WIFI

Zealive Institute offers free WIFI on its campus for all students. Students can access these services whenever the campus is open. WIFI passwords will be provided across the campus.

Student Lounge

Take a break, relax, or socialise in our welcoming student lounge. Designed with your comfort in mind, the lounge offers:

Kitchen Facilities: Microwaves, a fridge, an oven, and access to clean drinking water.
Seating Areas: Comfortable spaces to enjoy meals or interact with fellow students.
Relaxation Zone: A calm environment to recharge during a busy day of classes.

Printing and Copying Services

Need to print assignments or other documents? Our printing services are accessible and affordable:

Black and White: $0.20 per A4 page.
Color: $2.00 per A4 page.
For larger projects, confirm pricing and availability at the reception desk.

Administrative Support

Our administration and pastoral care team is here to assist with all your academic and personal documentation needs:

Official Documents: Request Confirmation of Enrolment, Address Proof, or Academic Transcripts, and we’ll prepare them within five working days.
Attendance Records: Stay updated on your attendance by requesting a report. We’ll provide it within three working days.
Holiday Requests: Full-time students are entitled to two weeks of holiday for every 12 weeks of study. To take a break, submit your request at least two weeks in advance for approval.
Enrollment Adjustments: Need to defer or modify your enrollment before starting your course? Contact our marketing team or your agent for guidance.
