Following the announcement on 22 November 2021, the government has confirmed that Auckland will move into the COVID-19 Protection Framework (the Traffic Light system) this Friday at Red. Traffic light settings announced | Unite against COVID-19 (covid19.govt.nz)
In response to the government's announcement, ZINZ has made the following arrangements:
The College Campus will remain closed until 07/01/2022. Classes will continue to be delivered online until 10/12/2021. Attendance is compulsory as usual. (This year's Christmas's holidays will start on 13/12/2021 and ends on 07/01/2022.)
As My Vaccine Pass is a core component of the Traffic Light system, students are recommended to apply for their vaccine pass as soon as possible. We will watch out for government updates and announce further class arrangements as the situation develops.

Or call the Healthline on 0800 358 5453, you can also talk to your doctor immediately.
– If you’re sick, stay home. Don’t go to work or school. Don’t socialise. – If you are told by health authorities to self-isolate you must do so immediately. – If you have cold or flu symptoms call your doctor or Healthline and make sure you get tested.
If you are tested for Covid-19, please let us know and submit your test result to admin@zinz.ac.nz.
2. Register using NZ COVID tracer app- QR code is available at Reception and classrooms.
3. Keep physical distancing - Please keep a safe distance from people during the pandemic time.
